How AI credits work
Reading a document and preparing the booking proposal uses credits. How many depends on the kind of document and its pages. The amount is reserved before processing and anything unused is returned.

Questions about pricing
What happens when the trial ends?
We remind you by e-mail 7, 3 and 1 day before and on the last day. With a plan you carry on without interruption. Without a plan your account switches to read-only mode: you can still sign in, see all documents and bookings, download originals and create every export, including DATEV and BMD. New documents, AI features and new bookings pause until you choose a plan. Your data stays stored and is not deleted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time under Billing. Upgrade: you pay the new price minus what is left of your current plan, and the new plan starts at once with its full credits. A smaller plan takes effect at the end of your paid period. Purchased credit packs always stay.
What happens to unused credits?
Unused credits from your plan carry over to the next month and expire at the end of it. Credits you top up remain valid for the period stated with the pack. If you cancel, your remaining credits are kept until they expire and can be used again with a new plan.
What is the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
With yearly billing you pay for ten months and get twelve. The features are the same. The yearly fee is paid in advance, and your plan's AI credits are still added every month. If you cancel, the plan runs until the end of the paid year. You can switch between monthly and yearly in the billing settings.
Which countries do the plans cover?
Every plan can be used in every supported country. Austria and Germany are fully covered (tax codes, advance VAT return, cash-basis accounting or EÜR, accountant export). In the other EU countries the basic package applies, without a country-specific tax return.
